Abstract: The aim of this study was to describe the smallholder dairy farming’s management at Cisarua, Bogor. This study was conducted during January until July 2012. Respondent were consisting of 13 smallholder dairy farmer from KTTSP Baru Sireum. The data were collected by interview used questionnaires and checklist about farmers characteristic, management practices of farmers, health and reproduction management, and sanitation. Data were analyzed by using rank Spearman correlation test. The research showed that characteristics of farmers has not significantly correlation with farm management. Majority of farmers in those area were included in good category in managing their smallholder dairy farm, except in health and reproduction management and waste management.
