The aim of this research was to examine the toxicopathology effect from various fractions of Irvingia malayana Oliv. Ex A. Benn on mice liver and kidney. Twenty five male mice age ±3 months with ±30 grams BW used in this research were divided into five group of treatments. Each mice from four groups of treatment was received 100 mg/kg BW fractions of I. malayana from chloroform solvent, ethyl acetate solvent, hexane solvent, and ethanol residue solvent, while one group control received carboxymethocellulose. After receiving 100 mg/kg BW fraction I. malayana for seven days, the mice then were sacrificed, the liver and kidney were sampled and fixed in Buffer Neutral Formalin 10% solution to make histopathology slides with Haematoxylin and Eosin stain. The histopathology slides were observed under light microscope. The lesion observed in the liver and kidney proximal tubular epithelium was degeneration and necrosis/apoptotic. The result from this research indicated that the dose of 100 mg/kg BW fraction of I. malayana from various solvent were not toxic to hepatocytes and proximal tubular epithelium.en
