dc.description.abstract | It has been usual that vegetatif propagation of lilium was using bulb scale or bulbs. Another kind of vegetatif propagation used petals. Different stage of developing flower buds was used in this research. The objectives of this research was obtained the best medium for callus induction from different stage of developing flower buds as explant, to know best stage of flower bud was using to callus induction of lilium. The best medium for callus induction was MS + 0.3 mg/l TDZ +30 g/l sucrosa. The stage of developing flower bud was obtained on D2 stadia, whereas diameter flower bud was 2.15 cm and 7 cm length. Frutty pink cultivar more responsif to callus induction media than other cultivars (sorbon and purple diamond). | en |
