dc.description.abstract | Corn (Zea mays L) is one of important food commodities in Indonesia. The increased corn production can be done by increasing productivity as well as enlargement of planting area. Productivity of corn in Indonesia in year 2011 was relatively low, i.e. 4.56 tons/hectares with a production rate decreased by 3.81% from year 2010 (BPS, 2012). The decrease in production that occurred caused 3.14 million tons of corn being imported to meet the needs of the country (BPS, 2011b). One of technology that can increase corn productivity also eco-friendly is a technology that using compounds to improve the efficiency of nutrient uptake and stimulate the roots development. Vitazyme contains several biological activators and growth stimulations like vitamin B, brassinosteroids, triacontanol, glycosides, and porphyrins which will help plants to grow and absorb nutrients more optimal. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Jagung (Zea mays L) merupakan komoditi pangan penting di Indonesia. Peningkatan produksi jagung dilakukan dengan peningkatan produktivitas maupun perluasan areal tanam. Produktivitas jagung di Indonesia tahun 2011 masih terbilang rendah, yaitu 4.56 ton/ha dengan angka produksi menurun sebesar 3.81% dari tahun 2010 (BPS, 2012). Penurunan produksi yang terjadi menyebabkan jagung harus diimpor sebesar 3.14 juta ton untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan dalam negri (BPS, 2011b). Salah satu teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitas jagung namun tetap ramah lingkungan adalah menggunakan senyawa yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan hara dan merangsang perkembangan akar. Vitazyme mengandung beberapa aktifator biologis dan stimulus pertumbuhan seperti vitamin B, brassinosteroids, triacontanol, glycosides, dan porphyrins yang akan membantu tanaman untuk tumbuh dan menyerap hara lebih optimal. | |
