dc.description.abstractThis experiment was objected to study the influence of UV-C irradiation and watering on flavonoid content of sambung nyawa leaf. It located in Experiment Field of Sawah Baru, Darmaga, Bogor from June to December 2008. The experiment was arranged in Nested Design with two factor : irradiation (UV-C and non UV-C) and watering period (everyday, two, four and six days once). The result showed that UV-C irradiation increased total of flavonoid, chlorophyl, PAL, leaf area and total leaf fresh and dry weight. There was effect between UV-C irradiation and watering period on increas flavonoid content of sambung nyawa leaf.en
