Modeling analytical hierarchy process (AHP) for detemination of factors that influence on the website users library

Abstract

Library websites are communication tools that can facilitate users to interact with the need for information. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the users library wbsites by using modeling methods Analitycals Hierarchy Process (AHP). The purpose of the research is to analyze which factors that influence the user of library websites. As the respondents, the students of five faculties in Institut Pertanian Bogor were taken as a sample. The result shows that the factors influence the user’s library websites are the enjoyment as the highest value 0.543, then empathy 0.522, and the response time 0.522. This condition indicates that the site managers are necessary to consider the needs of the users, especially system quality as relative importance of each website quality and priority of alternative subject.
