The patient of liver disease more increase. Pomegranate has been higher antioxidant activities and reported as hepatoprotection. The research to make for activity pomegranate polifenol as hepatoprotector and influence in liver histopathology of rat to induction by paracetamol. Polyphenol extracted by mixture solvent acetone:water:acetid acid (90:9.5:0.5). There are 22 rats randomly divided into 7 following group, they are group I allowed fed with strandard pellet, group II allowed fed with strandard pellet and paracetamol 500 mg/kg BB, group III allowed fed with strandard pellet, paracetamol 500 mg.kg BB, and cursil-70 13.3 mg/kg BB, group IV, V, VI, and VII allowed fed with strandard pellet, paracetamol 500 mg/kg BB, and extract polyphenol of pomegranate with doses 13.3 mg/kg BB, 100 mg/kg BB, 250 mg/kg BB, and 500 mg/kg BB for severally group. Experiment was conducted for 34 days and at the last day, observed liver histopathology about number of necrotic cells, apoptosis cells, kupfer cells, and fatty degeneration. Polyphenol extract of pomegranate with dose 500 mg/kg BB to point out possible chase destruction of liver (p<0.05) because number of necrotic cells is low, nothing apoptosis cells, number of kupfer cells is low, and fatty degeneration is lowen
