Problem solving using fuzzy logic is based on the nature that the key element in human thought is not stated in number, but stated according to the labels in fuzzy sets. The application of fuzzy logic control will reduce the fluctuation which is usually occur in on-off one. The former research has shown that there's a certain system for tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon Fab) anaestheting box. The temperature reduction relatively fast and the temperature distribution relatively uniform in the anaesthetic box. The purpose of control in anaestheting tiger shrimp is maintaining the temperature to go down along the profile which have known based on the system above. The temperature reduction starts at room temperature, about 26 degree – 28 degree C, until the optimum temperature for anaestheting. The time of reduction is controlled in 60 minutes. When the temperature reach its critical one, the control action is to maintain this condition in 10 minutes in order to ensure that shrimp has already anaestheted. The performance of the control using fuzzy logic has proved that we can reach stability in the error in the level needed.en
