Information on genetic diversity is needed to support breeding and conservation programs. Research on genetic variation in rubber plant population (Hevea brasiliensis) with RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) technique has been performed in the Biotechnology Research Institute of Plantation Indonesia (BPBPI). The observed population include 57 of 100 genotypes that was resulted from selection of 3 parental seed groups (GT 1, PB 260 and RRIM 600). This study used 7 primers, OPA 02, OPA 07, OPA 15, OPB 04, OPC 05, OPC 11 and OPC 20. The results of research showed that RAPD technique can be used to analyze the relationship between 57 genotypes of rubber plants with 3 parental seed. The most genotypes of rubber plant had closest relationship with PB 260 clone, that is similiar with genotypes showed a good response to in vitro culture. Genetic similarity coefficient values were ranged from 62-96%. The highest genetic similarity (96%) were found between genotype 70 and genotype 78.en
