Abstract: | Indonesia was a tropical country with high ambient temperatures for broilers since daily temperature reaches an average daily temperature of 360C (maximum) and 320 C (minimum); whereas the optimal temperature for broilers was in the range of 28-300C. Therefore, midle or large scale broiler industries have been using a control system to maintain the optimal temperature within a broiler house. Therefore, the role of a control system for regulating environmental parameters, not only temperature but also humidity, light intensity, and amonia content level, was very critical and relevant for better broiler production. The most important factors of comfort in broiler closed house including temperature, humidity, ammonia. Purpose were (1) designing the supervisory control system environmental parameters temperature, humidity and ammonia in broiler closed house, (2) assess the environmental characteristics of the parameters of temperature, humidity and ammonia in broiler closed house, (3) a model of environmental parameters of temperature, humidity and ammonia in the broiler closed house, (4) determine the optimal conditions supervisori control response parameter temperature, humidity and ammonia in broiler closed house, (5) the integration of environmental parameters supervisori control temperature, humidity and ammonia according to optimal conditions of control, knowledge of poultry and knowledge appropriate control environment in broiler closed house, (6) interconnect supervisory control environmental parameters temperature, humidity and ammonia in the broiler closed house in the form of software (software prototype) that can control one, two or three broiler closed house were connected to the computer network with remote with parallel computing. System of supervisory control for broiler closed house was a user interacts with the supervisory system to perform selection or determination of control modes, controlled parameters and optimality criteria for a certain poultry cultivated in a set of poultryhouses. Afterwards, the user preference specifications are passed to the Supervisory Control Engine (SCE) that performs the main supervisory computation scenario by utilizing the knowledge-base (control, climatic, broiler, and I/O knowledge). The SCE then produces set of control instructions to array of controllers that directly control and monitor a set of broiler closed house. The Control Knowledge-Base was a knowledge repository of various control methodologies, constraints, tools, and requirements. The Climatic knowledge-base stores all information about climatic parameters and characteristics. The poultry knowledge-base was a knowledge repository of poultry requirements, poultry types and characteristics. The I/O Knowledge-Base stores all relevant characteristics and usage requirements of I/O devices (sensors, transducers and actuators) that may be involved in a certain control scenario. The data used in this study included primary and secondary data. Primary data (floors, walls, rooms, and roof temperature) were obtained from measurements using an electronic measuring device. Secondary data (temperature, humidity, irradiation) was obtained from reports provided by BMG Bogor, including data processing model of moving heat broiler houses closed, predictive control parameters temperature, humidity and ammonia in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the results of mathematical modeling of temperature, humidity and ammonia obtained transfer function and the simulated supervisori control was ON- OFF control of Fuzzy Logic PID and ANFIS in the integration of one, two, three modes of control integration and interconnection networks in parallel computer simulations on closed broiler house with three broiler houses. Simulation of supervisory control in a broiler closed house in this study use by 3 scenarios was time during starter, grower and finisher. Starter setpoin was 26-300C, grower setpoin was 24-25 0C, setpoin finisher was 22-230C. Supervisory control temperature, humidity and ammonia in closed broiler houses on broiler chickens using the method of self-tuning (self tuning) control. Testing was done by testing the response variable input, set point tracking test. Response testing performed on the machine control was modeled in the form of transfer function with the input's of the constant in Matlab simulink. The first testing set point tracking was done by changing the temperature of 300C input value, 290C, 280C, 270C, 260C, 250C, 240C, 230C, 220C for control of ON-OFF, PID, Fuzzy Logic and ANFIS. Then in the second set point tracking will change the value of the input humidity was 70%, 60%, 50% for the control of the ON-OFF, PID, Fuzzy Logic and ANFIS. Continue tracking the third set point humidity will change the input value of 20 ppm, 15 ppm, 10 ppm, 5 ppm, 2.5 ppm and 1 ppm for ON-OFF control, PID, Fuzzy Logic and ANFIS. |
