The effect factors of cocoa farmers in adoption the farming system intensification diversification technology

Abstract

This research focused on technology adopting of variety of adoption levels in the farming system intensification diversification (SUID) of cocoa. Research design was survey and the sample was 125 cooperator farmers of the Prima Tani program. The data analysis was descriptive and inferential analysis conductig multi linier regression statistics analysis. The results research showed that technology adoption levels of the farming system intensification diversification (SUID) of cocoa farmer in the medium category. Components of the technology which appled by farmers was medium category. The influecing factors availability, labor of family, cast about activity to the information technology source, risk taking and behavior of farmers toward technology.
