Abstract

Indonesia has signed Port State Agreement that initiated by Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), therefore some specified fishing ports including PPSNZJ should serve international ship well and safely. PPSNZJ, the biggest of fish market center, needs to prepare the national and international marketing development. Distribution of fish in PPSNZJ divided into three markets, namely local market, export market and processing industrial which are located around PPSNZJ. Export marketing of frozen fish and processed frozen fish will be developed in PPSNZJ. Development of export import maketing was assessed based on three components of feasibility analysis, namely feasibility analysis of infrastructure/facilities, feasibility analysis of activities and service of export, and feasibility analysis of economy. Based on three analysis, PPSNZJ eligible to be an export import fishing port. There are 7 development strategies of PPSNZJ as a fish market center and fishing port of fisheries product for export and import.
