Abstract:	This study, was carried out to know the level polymorphism of seven Y-chromosome Microsatellite DNA loci (INRA008, INRa057, INRA 124, INRA 126, DYS 199, and INRA 189). Which assaved on seven Indonesia native cattle, especially in male cattle. The breeds including Aceh, Pesisir, Madura, Bali (from Bali and Lombok island), Ongole filial (PO) and Fries Holland Fillial (PFH) cattle In general, the value of microsatellite polymorphism level was low to determine the genetic variation of those cattle population. …
