dc.description.abstract	Two combination of discontinous albumen media were applied as separation media whether albumen could be used effectively to change the natural ratio of X and Y chromosome-bearing bovine spermatozoa. The first combination consisted of 10% and 30% albumen, whereas the second combination consisted of 10% and 50% albumen, respectively for top and bottom layer of column media. Washed semen was adjusted to a concentration of 150 x 10 spermatozoa/ml of the mashed semen was then layered on the top of media.	en
