dc.description.abstractAutomation of artificial ripening system was conducted by using programmable integration of temperature controller, CO2 absorber, and ethylene injection system in order to do ripening pprocess conveniently to produce the prime quality of product. Ethylene injection to ripening room was conducted by mathematical approach based on ethylene production of traditional ripening process. The result showed that there is a correlation between ethylene experiment and calculation (r2=0.947).en
