IPB Web-based News Aggregator Vedelopment

Abstract

The rapid growth of sites on the internet are leading to same difficulties encountered by those with limited time ang internet accsess. IPB also has saveral site, consisting of official Faculty's, Department's ang mayu other wich being updated regulary. To Easily keeping tract of all the updates, IPB news aggregator system id developed. The system, using RSS (Really Simple Syndication) technology, presents a site where people can read all news that are related to and were published from site under IPB. The use of AJAX is expected to enhance interactivity and ensuring smooth presentation for the users. The system records frequency of site's update, giving insight about wich sites are currently not being update oftenly. IPB news agregator system provides quick and easy accsess to every news that has published from sites under IPB, also serves as secondary depository many IPB sites' content, for backup purpose.
