Analisis faktor penentu produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) tanaman kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis jacq.) di Sungai Bahaur Estate (SBHE), PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro (PT BGA), Wilayah VIMetro Cempaga, Kotawaringin Timur, Kalimantan Tengah

Abstract

The internship started from February 14th to June 14th 2011. The aim of this internship is to find out and analyze about the effect determinant fresh fruit bunch (FBB production factors) of palm oil (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) in SHBE, PT Bunitama Gunajaya Agro, Central Borneo. Data used for this internship is time series data from 2008-2010. Independent variable is FFB production. The data were gained primary data (direct method) and secondary data (indirect method). it used two different method. Cobb-Douglas method with double linear regression analysis equation and t-test method. The double linear regression analysis result shows that the variables of employees has positive and very significant effect, variable of fertilizer has negative and is not significant effect, and variable of rainfall has positive effect is not significant towards the palm production. The t-test results shows that ages of plants, SPH and topography has significant toward the palm production. \the coefficient determining (R2) test result shows that the FFB production as dependent variable can be describe by the independent variables (fertilizer, rainfall and employees) for 98.2 %.
