| dc.description.abstract | The aims of this research were : 1) to know the factors which influencing the total demand of broiler by the household consumers in Kecamatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok, 2) to know demand elasticity of broiler by household consumer in Kecamatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok. This research was held on 18 August until 13 September 2007. Data was analyzed using the descriptive statistic, multiple linier regression and response analyses (elasticity). The result showed that factors which highly significant to the broiler demand by household consumers in Kecarnatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok were the broiler price, the beef price, inc~met,h e sum of family member and the favor level of dummy. The demand elastic, ty of broiler by the household consvmers in Kecamatan Pancorm Mas Kota Depok has elastic characteristic (-2.355). The cross elasticity (6.32) showed that broiler and beef are subtitution goods. While income elasticity is (0.447). It shows that in the household consumers in Kecamatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok, broiler is mainly good (nonnal goods) | en |
