Vitamin deliciency is a disease where the whole body lacks of vitamin. The deficiency of vitamin A is the principal problem that descend upon the Indonesian children. The data of Department of I-Iealth years 2003 stated that 10 million of I~ldonesian children (n~onth 6 until year 5) experienced of vitamin deficiency. These amount were a half or 50 percent from the whole population of the children under five in Indonesia. Fortification is a solution to overcollie vitamin A deficiency, because of fortification, the contents of vitamin A from the foods could be higher. So, somebody needs would have fullfilled. Vitamin A could be made by the body itself by the existence of karotenoid substance. The most source of ltarotenoid is from palm oil with the amount of karotenoid is about 500 ppm and vitamin E is about 600-1 000 ppm. The bleaching proses on thc oil's production brolte niinor component like betaltaroten and alfatokofcrol indirectly. These process was done because the consumer didn't reddish of oil from tlie coloured pigment. The vitaillin separation process on palm oil is done by using tlie EVB, where the palm oil is made thick. EVB was chosen beca~~osfe its ability in steam the liquids under the atmosphere pressure (vacuum). So, that the liquids that can't be easier get degradation on the high temperature is like vitamin.en
