Abstract: | Sweet potatoes was one of important carbohydrat source in Indonesia with good chemical compound to food processing. Even so, the usage of seetpotato was quite low. It was because the lack of seet potatoes diversification . The usage of sweet potatoes into dried noodle was one of food diversification alternatives and also a good potential to be developed in Indonesia. Because of it, the study of economical engineering was conducted to see the feasibility of dried sweet potatoes noodle production. |
