Abstract

Cattle live weight could be determined subjectively or objectively based on formulas such as Schoorel and Winetr equations. The aim of this study is to examine the growth performances of beef cattle resulted from artificial insemnination program using semens of several breeds and to predict body weight of cattle resulted from artificial insemination program using semens of several breeds and to predict body weight of cattle using linier body measurement (body length, chest depth, whiteres height, hearth girth and hearth width).
