Abstract

Palm oil is one of the commodity that has relatively high economically values in the world. Since 1990, supply and demand for palm oil relatively increased. The world palm oil production growth of the world during this two decades has reached 7.3% per years. This production growth is influenced by Indonesian and Malaysian palm oil production that contributed around 80% of the world production. ndonesian palm oil production could have been influenced by several factors, such as the palm oil factory production capacity or the production process performances. Self asessment from the palm oil plant need for determined the improvement strategy process performance. The purpose of this study is to developed aplicative software that could be used for assesing the palm oil industrial performance in a relatively rapid time.
