Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of rubber farmers organization, identifying the role of community leaders in the organizing efforts of farmers, to access the form of a rubber farmer organizations exits today, analyzing organizational strategy smallholder rubber farmers, economic reviews and rubbersmallholder rubber development program, and formulate draft follow-up organizing strategy and plan of rubber farmers in implementing the replanting of rubber.
