Abstract

Penggunaan benih bermutu rendah dan infeksi penyakit merupakan penyebab rendahnya produktivitas cabai di Indonesia. Busuk phytophthora termasuk salah satu penyakit yang mengakibatkan kehilangan hasil cabai di Indonesia.

Low quality seds and infections diseases are the causes of low productivity of hot peppers in Indonesia. Phytophthora blight disease is one of the diseases that causes the yield loss of hot pepper in Indonesia. The disease is still difficult to control because, in addition to no resistant varieties available yet, it can be carried in seeds and also transferred from the soil.
