| dc.description.abstract | A Priority Setting of Development is related to Potential and Actual Development Level. Depok City, as hinterland of Jakarta, has high impact of suburbanization where some areas has being converted into some building areas such as industry, trading, and property. Process of urban sprawl is getting worse, and feared it would be come “a waste” of Jakarta development as the impact of crossings and residential location for commuters. Therefore we need to know the development characteristic of Depok City in Jabodetabek Metropolitan Area as macro level, Depok City itself as meso level, and the potential and actual development of each sub-district level. Analysing development characteristic for each level would be conducted by using LQ, SSA, Skalogram, Index Entropy, and PCA analysis. The result showed in macro level, Depok City has a potential sector in the industrial, electricity-gas-water, and trade sector, in meso level, Depok City development policy focus on trade and services sector by considering a sustainable environmental support, though in micro level, each sub-district has various potential sector, such as industry in Sawangan; elctricity-gas-water, industry, and transportation in Pancoran Mas; services and industry in Sukmajaya; industry and trade in Cimanggis, agriculture and construction in Beji, the mining and quarrying, electricity-gas-water, transportation, and financial center in Limo. Whereas based on the actual development by using the PCA analysis, we got three regional typologies such as CBD Region, Under-develop Region, and Residential Region. Pancoran Mas, Sukmajaya and Beji are included in the CBD Region; Sawangan, Beji and Pancoran Mas are included in Under-developed Region; Pancoran Mas, Limo, and Beji are included in the Residential Region. Based on potential sector and regional typology, it can be formulated what became the priority of development in each sub-district, such as agroindustry development in Sawangan and Cimanggis, improvement services function centre of electricity-gas-water in Pancoran Mas, controlling spatial activities in Sukmajaya, strenghtening urban agriculture in Beji, and controlling bussiness property activities in Limo. | en |
