Abstract: The objective of this research was to obtain the appropriate combination of minerals containing probiotics in increasing growth and efficiency of feed utilization in ruminants. A randomized complete block design was used in this experiment. Sixteen early weaned Priangan lambs were divided into four treatments and four groups. The treatment diets were: 1) Control (K)= standard ration without probiotics; 2) Ration A= K + ininera1 + probiotics (Sc+Zn proteinate+Ao without mineral); 3) Ration B = K + mineral probiotics (Sc+Zn proteinate+Ao-Cr); 4) Ration C = K + mineral probiotics (Sc+Zn proteinate+Ao- Cr+Ao-Se). Data were analysed with ANOVA and significant differences was further tested using contrast orthogonal. The parameters measured were body weight gain, digestibility, feed intake and feed conversion. The results show that the treatments did not significantly affect all parameters measured (P>0.05). However. treatment C tended to improve dry and organic matter digestibility which were 74.09'%, and 74.66(%,, respectively, compared with control 68.60% and 69.42'%, respectively. Treatment B showed the highest body weight gain and the lowest feed conversion. It can be concluded that supplementation of organic minerals containing probiot'ics tends to improve growth and efficiency of feed utilization in ruminants. The best combination of probiotics with mineral was treatment B (combination of mineral Zn, Chromium containing probiotic Aspergillus olyzae and Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
