Abstract: Soil containing low total zinc, low organic substances, low pH, high solt concentrate, sondy soil containing high calcium carbonic, turf soil, high phosporic soil, deluged soil also high mognesium and bicarbonate soil ore experiencing zinc deficiency. Zinc deficiency soil is able to produce zinc deficiency plant. It is indicated by the emergence of interveinol chlorosis, forming white necrosis that is oble to change to bronzing chlorotic leaves, stunting ond rosetting, small and aonormolly shaped leaf. Zinc deficiency causes the obstruction of the plant growth and crop reduction up to 50%, the decrease of net photosyntesis from 50% to 7096, the inhibition enzyme in sucrose formation, the reduction of sucrose translocotion from leaf to root, the decline of protein amount in plants and the lessen of zinc content in tissues which are consumed by cottle and humon. The odvonce solution of zinc deficiency can be accomplished by escalating micro nutrient in food through biofortificatlon, renovating soil and plants, removing the cause of zinc deficiency, opplying zinc sulphat organic or anorganic, dousing rice seed in zinc solution 2%
