| dc.description.abstract | Fermentation Kinetics of Bacterial Cellulose Production by Acetobacter pasterianum in the Shaking Culture. Optimization of bacterium cellulose production by shake culture has been done using Acetobacter pasteurianum. Optimization covers media cultivation and speed of agitation. Cultivation media consist of coconut water. KH2P040, 1 % b / v, Afgs04.7H20 0, 25 % b / v, sucrose 3, 83 % b / and v ( NH4)2S04 0, 73 % b / v. While speed of optimum agitation obtained at a speed of 0 rpm for the cell propagation and cell 140 rpm for the production of cellulose bacterium. The yield of purred dried cellulose bacterium obtained by cultivation media and optimum agitation speed is 5, 5 g / I. | id |
