dc.description.abstractThe pot experiments were aimed to find practical biological method to reduce salt contents for rice cultures simulating areas where salt intruSions are accured. Phragmites sp. were used as salt accumulator for two tested rice varieties of IR 36 and IR 42, three different rice planting dates ie one month (W1), two month (W2) and three month (W3) succeeding to planting of Phragmites sp. and all of these were compared different salinity levels of Ec 0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mmhos/ cm (CIO, Cll, Cl2, Cl3, and Cl4)id
