Flowering Phenology and Floral Behavior of species Scutellaria spp. (Lamiaceae)

Abstract

The flowering phenology and floral behavior of species Scutellaria discolor dan S. slametensis were investigated. Scutellaria discolor distributed wider range habitat but S. slametensis distributed restricted area on Mt. Slamet. Observation on the flowering phenology and floral behavior are almost same and pollination on cleistogamous flower are not occurred in both species. According to the results of the observations on floral and pollinator behavior, it was considered that Scutellaria discolor and S. slametensis performed chasmogamy and cleistogamy flower.
