| dc.description.abstract | Trypsin inhibitor Kunitz protein found in soybean seed is a main antinutrition and inhibit the animal growth if used as animal feed in raw condition. This protein can be dirnimted by heating or by creating soybean variety without trypsin inhibitor through plant breeding. Trypsin inhibitor Kunitz protein in soybean seeds controled by one gene, four alleles. Based on electroforegr~mo f trypsin inhibitor Kunitz dele types from 35 soybean accesiorrs, consisted of 11 local varieties, 14 introduced varieties f m Japan and 10 mutants, them are no t, gem- $4 tipe which indicate protein trypsin inhibitor and Ti , but 32 accesions contain Ti and 3 aecsiom contain Ti, (eomistd of 2 introduced varieties SP-07 and JP-20, and 1 mutan8m-28). I . r V ? Bad on electrophoretic data, alleles Ti , Ti b. Pnd Ti t had dative mobility on 0.88, 0.84, and 0.94. | id |
