dc.description.abstractA rnuthernutical model was developed to predict 0 2 and C02 guseous concentration for fresh vegetables under modified atmosphere pack~igiilg. Mathematicals models were developed by asstrmp thut the sides basin packing is permeable and the bottom package is impermeable. Verijcation of the model were done by trsing the experinzenlul ~ U I L I ov read chilli, carrot and tomato, the models were generally signiJicant enough lo predict the gaseotrs condition of inside pcrckage for fresh vegetable prou'l~c~s zmder MAP.id
