dc.description.abstractThe rule based system that was droelaped i!l an approach to emulate the reasoning process of the experts within their capabilities to detenninQtion the level critical of treatment of Septicaemia epizootica. The rule of thumb of the experts which is made complexly and uncertainty acquisitioned into a rule based system used fuzzy lDgic as based of decision making reasoning. TIre inference mechanism 11M been operated on eighteen fuzzy expert rules by using the Mamdani's reasoning metlrod and centroid defuzificatwn method. Simulation result indialtes that the system could process simply and consistently the final value determinatWn of vaccination efectivity scare and also that one could be suitable with the expert value naturally.
