dc.description.abstractAnalysis of hydrogen isotopic fractionation behavior in conversion of estragole to anethole have been carried out by the combined methode of site-spedii naturale isotopic fractionation and nudear magnetic resonance (Sm-NMR). It is shown tbaS this conversion was involve the transposition of ally1 group to prophenilic group, and is consitent with the mechanism adopted until now. Further, the methode SNIF-NMR is a powerfUll and convenient tool for investigating chemical and biochemical mechanism.id
