Abstract

PT. INHUTANI I is a state-owned forestry enterprice of the Government of Indonesia INHUTANI I has three woodworking f a c t o ~ slo cated in Gresik (East Java), Bekasi (Wasl Java) and Juata Tartaka (East Kalimantan). In this sludy, f&my at & h i (West Java) was then as Ilk case. Wooden products mnge from doors, windows,/romes and g d nfu rniture. The objective of this study mas to determine the most prospective p m d u ~ r d v c e dby the Bekasi factory wing Analytical H i e l ~ ~P~rhocyes s (ARP) method and to determine the goal achiemment of production departememf in B.hrl fuory with linear goal progmrning. Tha resub of this shuly indicated that garden furniture was the most prospective product and some producri011 Iptmemf goal could not be achieved as doors, S4S + moulding and gcvdcn furniture.
