Abstract: Asam Phytata yaitu hexa-posphat inositol banyak terdapat dalam tumbuh-tumbuhan terutama biji-bijian. Ada 40-90% yang dikandung biji-bijian terikat dengan senyawa ini. Sedangkan jagung mengandung 45-95% dari total phosphornya.
