This research consisted of four experimental phase. A series of experiment had been conducted to determine the dietary essenti al fatty acid and vitamin E requirement for reproduction of broodstock zebrafis h, Danio rerio . The experiments had been carried out at Faculty of Fisheries and Ma rine Science, Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor . The objective of the first experiment were conducte d to determine the dietary essential fatty acid for reproduction of broodstock zebrafish, Danio rerio . The experiment had been carried out for consecutive sev en months. Six isonitrogenous (39%) and isocaloric (3,200 kcal digestible energy/ kg diet) practical diets, with different levels of essential fatty acid (0,66% n-3 , 1,03% n-3, 1,50% n-3, 2,04% n-3 combined respectively with 1,03% n-6, 1,04% n-6, 1, 05% n-6, 1,98% n-6, and 2,04% n-6) were fed to zebrafish broodstock.en
