Analisis BACI-RS menunjukkan wilayah kontrol relatif stabil dibandingkan wilayah dampak, menegaskan adanya dampak langsung pembangunan tol.
The construction of the Bogor–Ciawi–Sukabumi Toll Road (Bocimi) is a national strategic project that has the potential to cause environmental impacts. This study analyzed the pattern of land cover change in zones 0–200 m, 200–500 m, and 500–1000 m and the identification of the direct impact of development using a Before-After Control-Impact Remote Sensing (BACI-RS) based on Landsat 8 OLI imagery for the period 2013-2024 with control areas that have similar initial conditions. The results showed that the largest land cover change occurred in the 0- 200 m zone. Built-up land increases across zones, plantations tend to increase with increasing distance, water bodies are relatively stable, while forests, dry land agriculture, rice fields, and open land are in decline. BACI-RS analysis shows that the control area is relatively stable compared to the impact area, confirming the direct impact of toll road construction. Significant impacts occurred in the 0–200 m zone and weakened in the 200–500 m to 500–1000 m zone, forming a propagation pattern that shows the existence of different proximity effects between land cover classes up to a radius of ±1 km.-
