Arachis pintoi is a Leguminous plant with diverse benefits. The use of a separation layer and regulation of growing medium thickness are agronomic strategies to improve harvest efficiency and distribution. This study aimed to determine the separation layer type, growing medium thickness, and their interaction that yield the highest harvest efficiency and optimal Arachis pintoi growth. The research was conducted at the Cikabayan Experimental Farm and Leuwikopo Seed Laboratory from June to September 2025, using a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). Factors included separation layer type (no layer, weed mat, gunny sack, plastic sack) and growing medium thickness (1 cm, 2 cm, 3 cm). Results showed that synthetic separation layers achieved the highest harvest efficiency compared to the no-layer and gunny sack treatments by accelerating harvest duration and reducing weed dry weight and diversity index, without decreasing wet sod weight. A growing medium thickness of 1 cm reduced root weight but increased pod yield. The combination of plastic sacks and a 3 cm growing medium thickness resulted in significantly higher weed dry weight compared to weed mat at 90 Days After Planting (DAP).
