| dc.description.abstract | Industri kreatif merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja, pengurangan kemiskinan, serta promosi inklusi sosial dan keberagaman budaya. Meskipun demikian, industri kreatif juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan terutama pada aspek kompetensi kewirausahaan akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan berwirausaha, rendahnya orientasi kewirausahaan, terbatasnya jejaring bisnis serta minimnya literasi digital yang berdampak pada sempitnya ruang lingkup pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan profil usaha dan profil kompetensi wirausaha industri kreatif di provinsi Jawa Barat; (2) menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, orientasi kewirausahaan, modal sosial, kepribadian wirausaha terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja usaha pada industri kreatif; (3) merumuskan strategi pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan pada industri kreatif; dan (4) merancang model pengambangan kompetensi kewirausahaan pada industri kreatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 259 pelaku usaha industri kreatif yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling serta 15 pakar yang terdiri dari pemerintah, akademisi, komunitas, bisnis, dan media. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, fokus group discussion, dan literatur review. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel, AHP untuk menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan, serta analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan logic model untuk merancang model pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan pada industri kreatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif antara pengetahuan, keterampilan, orientasi kewirausahaan, modal sosial terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kinerja usaha pada industri kreatif. Analisis AHP menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan menjadi faktor utama dalam mengembangkan kompetensi kewirausahaan dimana pemerintah menjadi aktor yang paling berperan untuk mewujudkannya. Pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan difokuskan pada penguatan karakter dan peningkatan kemampuan berwirausaha dengan strategi utama berupa pengembangan standar kurikulum pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan program pendampingan berkelanjutan wirausaha industri kreatif. Model pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan pada penelitian ini dipetakan secara bertahap dan berjenjang. Outcomes pada tahap potential entrepreneur adalah meningkatkan orientasi kewirausahaan dan niat berwirausaha, pada tahap new business owner adalah peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan, jejaring bisnis, dan akses pendanaan, dan pada tahap established business owner adalah peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi radikal dan mendukung pencapaian SDGs 8 point 3 (decent works and economic growth) melalui keberlanjutan usaha. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The creative industry is a business sector capable of driving national economic growth through job creation, poverty reduction, and the promotion of social inclusion and cultural diversity. However, the creative industry also faces various challenges, particularly in terms of entrepreneurial competency due to a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, low entrepreneurial orientation, limited business networks, and minimal digital literacy, which impacts the scope of marketing. This study aims to: (1) describe the business profile and competency profile of creative industry entrepreneurs in West Java province; (2) analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial orientation, social capital, entrepreneurial personality on entrepreneurial competency and business performance in the creative industry; (3) formulate a strategy for developing entrepreneurial competency in the creative industry; and (4) design a model for developing entrepreneurial competency in the creative industry. The study was conducted on 259 creative industry entrepreneurs selected through purposive sampling, as well as 15 experts from government, academia, communities, businesses, and the media. Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and a literature review. The data analysis methods used were PLS-SEM to examine the relationships between variables, AHP to determine priority strategies for developing entrepreneurial competencies, and descriptive analysis using the logic model approach to design an entrepreneurial competency development model in the creative industry. The results of the study demonstrated a positive influence between knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial orientation, social capital on entrepreneurial competency and business performance in the creative industry. The AHP analysis showed that knowledge is a key factor in developing entrepreneurial competencies, with the government as a key role in realizing this. Entrepreneurial competency development is focused on strengthening character and improving entrepreneurial skills, with the main strategy being to develop technology-based training curriculum standards and ongoing mentoring for creative industry entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial competency development model in this study is mapped out in stages and tiers. The outcomes at the potential entrepreneur stage are increasing entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intentions, at the new business owner stage are increasing entrepreneurial competencies, business networks, and access to funding, and at the established business owner stage are increasing radical collaboration capabilities and supporting the achievement of SDGs 8 point 3 (decent works and economic growth) through business sustainability. | - |
