Abstract: RANDA MANALI RAHMAH. Pengetahuan, Sikap, Praktik, dan Kepatuhan Pelaku UMKM terhadap Label Pangan di Kabupaten Bandung. Dibimbing oleh REISI NURDIANI. Label Pangan Olahan adalah setiap keterangan mengenai Pangan Olahan yang berbentuk gambar, tulisan, kombinasi keduanya, atau bentuk lain yang disertakan pada Pangan Olahan, dimasukkan ke dalam, ditempelkan pada, atau merupakan bagian Kemasan Pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), karakteristik UMKM, pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bandung terhadap kepatuhan label pangan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional study dan melibatkan 50 pelaku UMKM pangan yang mengikuti pelatihan label pangan pada bulan Juli hingga Agustus 2025 di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bandung. Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara karakteristik pelaku UMKM, karakteristik UMKM, pengetahuan, dan sikap label pangan dengan kepatuhan label pangan yang diuji dengan menggunakan uji Spearman (p-value > 0,05). Sementara itu, ditemukan korelasi yang signifikan pada hubungan praktik label pangan dengan kepatuhan label pangan (p-value < 0,05) yang diuji menggunakan uji Spearman.

Processed Food Label is any information regarding Processed Food in the form of images, text, a combination of both, or other forms that are included in, attached to, or become part of the Food Packaging. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors, MSME characteristics, knowledge, attitudes, and practices of MSME actors in Bandung Regency regarding compliance with food labeling. The research design used a cross-sectional study and involved 50 food MSME actors who participated in food labeling training from July to August 2025 at the Bandung Regency Health Office. No correlations were found between MSME actors’ characteristics, MSME characteristics, knowledge, and attitudes toward food labeling compliance, as tested using the Spearman test (p-value > 0.05). Meanwhile, a significant correlation was found between labeling practices with food labeling compliance (p-value < 0.05), as tested using the Spearman test.
