This study aims to analyze the level of gender equality in MSME households, particularly in terms of access, control over resources, and division of labor. A descriptive quantitative method was applied, supported by qualitative data. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 female MSME actors in Babakan Pasar Sub-district, Bogor City, and analyzed using cross-tabulation and Spearman rank correlation. The results indicate that gender equality is mostly at a moderate to high level, especially in access and control. However, domestic labor remains largely the responsibility of women. The correlation between household characteristics and gender equality is generally not significant, although variables such as the husband’s education and occupation show limited influence. Overall, women play a major role in household economic decisions but still carry a heavy burden in domestic tasks. |
