| dc.description.abstract | Status gizi dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain daya terima makanan dan penyakit atau infeksi. Salah satu dari beberapa jenis penyakit yang mengganggu asupan makanan adalah depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan depresi dengan daya terima makanan terhadap status gizi pada pasien di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 55 orang usia 19 - 49 tahun yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan dilaksanakan pada November 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengisian kuesioner, wawancara, pengukuran antropometri, dan penimbangan sisa makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 47,3% subjek dikategorikan underweight, 78,2% subjek mengalami depresi berat (skizofrenia), 87,3% subjek memiliki tingkat kecukupan energi cukup, 40% subjek menyatakan kurang suka terhadap penyajian makanan dan sisa makanan paling banyak terdapat pada lauk hewani di pagi hari. Sebanyak 90,9% subjek memiliki daya terima makanan yang baik. Hasil uji korelasi Rank-Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan negatif antara daya terima makanan dan status gizi, serta terdapat hubungan siginifikan negatif antara depresi dan status gizi (p<0,05). | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Nutritional status can be influenced by several factors including food acceptability and illness or infection. One of the several types of diseases that interfere with food intake is depression. This study aims to analyze the relationship between depression and food acceptability on nutritional status in patients at Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital, Bogor. This research design is a cross-sectional study with a total of 55 subjects aged 19-49 years selected by purposive sampling and was conducted in November 2024. Data collection was carried out by filling out questionnaires, interviews, anthropometric measurements, and weighing food waste. The results showed that 47.3% of subjects were categorized as underweight, 78.2% of subjects experienced severe depression (schizophrenia), 87.3% of subjects had an adequate level of energy, 40% of subjects stated that they did not like the food serve and the most food waste was found in animal protein dishes in the morning. A total of 90.9% of subjects have good acceptance. The results of the Rank-Spearman correlation test show that there is a negative significant correlation between food acceptability and nutritional status, and there is a negative significant relationship between depression and nutritional status (p<0.05) | - |
