| Abstract: | Toko Pakaian Twenty2 merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bisnis fesyen yang mengalami kendala dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan akibat dari ketidakpastian permintaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Januari-September 2025 di Toko Pakaian Twenty2. Metode yang digunakan adalah peramalan permintaan, model persediaan probabilistik, dan analisis Committee of Sponsoring Organization of the Treadway Commission (COSO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode peramalan yang paling tepat adalah holt-winters exponential
smoothing. Jumlah safety stock yang dibutuhkan pada bulan Juni 2025-Januari 2026 adalah 129 pcs, bulan Februari-Maret 2026 adalah 112 pcs, dan bulan April-Mei 2026 adalah 35 pcs. Reorder point pada Juni 2025-Januari 2026 adalah 131 pcs, untuk bulan Februari-Maret 2026 adalah 134 pcs, dan untuk bulan April-Mei 2026 adalah 38 pcs. Jumlah pemesanan optimal yang direkomendasikan pada pada bulan Juni 2025-Januari 2026 396 pcs, untuk bulan Februari-Maret 2026 adalah 176 pcs, dan pada bulan April-Mei 2026 adalah 28 pcs. Analisis pengendalian internal manajemen persediaan menurut komponen pengendalian COSO pada Toko Pakaian Twenty2 sudah baik namun masih sederhana dan belum tedigitalisasi. Twenty2 Clothing Store is a business engaged in fashion that is experiencing difficulties in inventory control due to demand uncertainty. The research was conducted from January to September 2025 at Twenty2 Clothing Store. The methods used were demand forecasting, probabilistic inventory modeling, and analysis according to the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO). The study's results indicated that the most appropriate forecasting method was holt-winters exponential smoothing. The amount of safety stock needed from June 2025-January 2026 was 129 pcs, from February-March 2026 was 112 pcs, and from April-May 2026 was 35 pcs. The reorder point for June 2025-January 2026 was 131 pcs, for February-March 2026 was 134 pcs, and for April-May 2026 was 38 pcs. The recommended optimal order quantity for June 2025-January 2026 was 396 pcs, for February-March 2026 was 176 pcs, and for April-May 2026 was 28 pcs. The analysis of inventory management internal control according to COSO control components at Twenty2 Clothing Store was good but still simple and not yet digitalized. |
