dc.description.abstractSumber daya manusia merupakan faktor utama dalam menjaga keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha hidroponik modern. RH Farm sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha di bidang hidroponik menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi teknis, rendahnya pemahaman terhadap prosedur kerja standar (SOP), serta lemahnya koordinasi antar divisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan kompetensi kinerja karyawan, menentukan prioritas strategi, serta merumuskan implikasi manajerial yang tepat bagi RH Farm. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kompetensi yang mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, dan sikap memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Strategi utama yang diprioritaskan adalah pelaksanaan program pelatihan teknis dan manajerial yang dilaksanakan setiap enam bulan sekali di lingkungan RH Farm dengan narasumber Dr. Ponik, disertai penerapan SOP manajemen pelatihan dan sistem evaluasi kompetensi berbasis indikator kinerja (KPI). Penerapan strategi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme, produktivitas, serta daya saing karyawan dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha hidroponik secara berkelanjutan.-
dc.description.abstractHuman resources are a key factor in maintaining the success and sustainability of modern hydroponic agribusiness. RH Farm, as one of the hydroponic enterprises, faces challenges such as limited technical competence, low understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP), and weak inter-divisional coordination. This study aims to analyze strategies for improving employee performance competence, determine strategic priorities, and formulate appropriate managerial implications for RH Farm. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approaches. The results indicate that competency factors—knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes—significantly influence work effectiveness. The main strategy prioritized is implementing technical and managerial training programs held every six months at RH Farm, led by Dr. Ponik, along with the establishment of a training management SOP and a competency evaluation system based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The implementation of these strategies is expected to enhance professionalism, productivity, and employee competitiveness in supporting the sustainable growth of the hydroponic business.-
