Goat livestock waste produces solid, liquid, and gaseous waste that has the potential to pollute the environment, while also containing organic matter and high levels of nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The large goat population in Bogor Regency generates a significant amount of waste that needs to be managed sustainably. Utilizing goat manure waste as raw material for liquid organic fertilizer through fermentation using bioactivators can accelerate decomposition and enhance ii the nutrient content of the fertilizer. Bioactivators such as EM4, M-21, and MA-11 contain microorganisms that play an important role in the fermentation process and fertilizer quality. However, comparative information on the effectiveness of each bioactivator is still limited, so this study aims to evaluate and determine the best bioactivator for producing liquid organic fertilizer from goat feces. This study aims to evaluate the quality of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) based on goat feces using different bioactivators, namely EM4, M-21, and MA-11. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Animal Science, IPB University from May to July 2025. Observed parameters included pH, temperature, and macronutrient content (N, P, K). The fermentation process was carried out anaerobically for 28 days. The results showed that all treatments produced LOF with pH values within the quality standard range (4–9) and stable fermentation temperatures. The highest nitrogen content was obtained in the treatment with EM4 bioactivator at 0.09%, while the highest phosphorus content of 0.93% was found in the treatment with M-21 bioactivator, and the highest potassium content was found in the MA-11 treatment (0.43%). However, overall, LOF with EM4 bioactivator showed the highest total nutrient content (1.39%) and was closest to the 2019 SNI quality standard (2–6%). This study indicates that the use of EM4 bioactivator is most effective in improving the quality of liquid organic fertilizer from goat feces.
