dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pemberian kalsium dengan jenis dan level penggunaan kalsium berbeda pada calon induk kambing terhadap profil metabolit dan hematologi darah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 ekor kambing hasil silangan Boer dan Jawa Randu (BoerJa) berusia 9 bulan dengan rancangan yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 3 kelompok berdasarkan bobot badan (BB) yaitu 23,82 ± 3,61 kg dan 3 perlakuan. Perlakuan pakan terdiri dari: P0 = Ransum menggunakan 100% CaCO3 dan CaHPO4; P1 = Ransum menggunakan 100% emulsi CaCO3 dan Ca3(C6H5O7)2; P2 = Ransum menggunakan 50% emulsi CaCO3 dan Ca3(C6H5O7)2. Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi nutrien, metabolit dan hematologi darah. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Paired T-Test dan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Level penggunaan 100% emulsi CaCO3 dan Ca3(C6H5O7)2 dalam ransum efektif meningkatkan kinerja neutrofil dan monosit sehingga calon induk kambing memiliki sistem imun yang baik.-
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to evaluate the effects of different types and levels of dietary calcium on blood metabolites and hematological profiles in nulliparous goats. The experiment used nine 9-month-old Boer × Jawa Randu (BoerJa) crossbred goats, arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) based on body weight (23.82 ± 3.61 kg), with three treatments. The dietary treatments were: P0 = ration with 100% CaCO3 and CaHPO4; P1 = ration with 100% emulsified CaCO3 and Ca3(C6H5O7)2; P2 = ration with 50% emulsified CaCO3 and Ca3(C6H5O7)2. Parameters observed included nutrient intake, blood metabolites, and hematological profiles. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Paired T-Test, and Duncan’s multiple range test. The results showed that supplementation with 100% emulsified CaCO3 and Ca3(C6H5O7)2 was effective in improving neutrophil and monocyte performance, thereby enhancing the immune system of nulliparous goats.-
