KlikBi terhadap Produk Bumi Susu Sapi Juara Farm di Kabupaten Bogor. Dibimbing
oleh Wawan Oktariza.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi dan kepuasan konsumen
KlikBi terhadap produk Bumi Susu Sapi Juara Farm di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang
digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance
Performance Analysis (IPA), serta evaluasi finansial berbasis R/C Ratio. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen berada pada kategori
“puas” dengan nilai CSI sebesar 75.38%. Atribut yang paling memuaskan adalah harga
dan rasa, sedangkan atribut varian rasa, kemudahan memperoleh produk, dan kemasan
berada pada kuadran prioritas utama dalam analisis IPA. Rekomendasi strategis
meliputi penambahan varian rasa baru yaitu green tea, perluasan distribusi melalui
gerobak sepeda listrik, serta perbaikan desain dan jenis label kemasan yang menarik,
dan ketahanan terhadap kelembapan atau air. Strategi ini diproyeksikan mampu
meningkatkan volume penjualan dan efisiensi usaha, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan laba
bersih usaha sebelum pengembangan yaitu Rp536.000 dan laba bersih usaha sesudah
pengembangan meningkat menjadi Rp1.366.000, dengan nilai R/C Ratio meningkat

This study aims to analyze KlikBi consumers’ preferences and satisfaction toward Bumi Susu Sapi Juara Farm products in Bogor Regency. The methods employed include descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), ImportancePerformance Analysis (IPA), and financial evaluation based on the R/C Ratio. The findings indicate that consumer satisfaction falls into the “satisfied” category, with a CSI score of 75.38%. The most satisfying attributes are price and taste, while flavor variety, product accessibility, and packaging are positioned in the top-priority quadrant of the IPA matrix. Strategic recommendations include introducing a new green tea flavor variant, expanding distribution through electric bicycle carts, and improving packaging design and label type to enhance visual appeal and resistance to moisture or water. These strategies are projected to increase sales volume and operational efficiency, as evidenced by the net business profit rising from Rp536.000 before development to Rp1.366.000 after development, with the R/C Ratio increasing from 1.18 to 1.33. |
