Abstract: Nabila Farm Lembang merupakan produsen sayuran konvensional seperti kembang kol dan sawi putih. Dari hasil panen, rata-rata 119,5 kg sayuran sisa akibat tidak lolos sortasi, rusak, atau tidak terjual sehingga muncul permasalahan yaitu tingginya limbah sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis prospek usaha budidaya maggot sebagai alternatif pakan ikan hias yang memanfaatkan limbah sayuran di Nabila Farm, Lembang, dari aspek teknis, nilai tambah, dan kelayakan usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis SWOT, analisis nilai tambah dan analisis kelayakan finansial serta non finansial. Hasil analisis SWOT menghasilkan strategi pengembangan melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi, edukasi pasar, dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran. Pengolahan ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah organik, tetapi juga menghasilkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp68.639/kg dengan rasio 48%. Dari aspek finansial, laba bersih tahun pertama tercatat Rp18.767.579 dan pada tahun 2-5 sebesar Rp22.318.115. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,48 (>1) mengindikasikan bahwa usaha ini layak dijalankan.
Nabila Farm Lembang is a producer of conventional vegetables such as cauliflower and Chinese cabbage. From the harvest, an average of 119,5 kg of vegetables are left over because they do not pass sorting, are damaged, or are unsold, resulting in a high vegetable waste problem. This study aims to analyze the business prospects of maggot cultivation as an alternative ornamental fish feed that utilizes vegetable waste at Nabila Farm, Lembang, from a technical, value-added, and business feasibility perspective. The methods used include SWOT analysis, Hayami method value added analysis, and financial and non-financial feasibility analysis. The SWOT analysis resulted in a development strategy through increased production capacity, market education, and marketing network expansion. This processing not only contributes to reducing organic waste but also generates added value of Rp68.639/kg with a ratio of 48%. From a financial aspect, net profit in the first year was recorded at Rp18.767.579 and in years 2 to 5 it was Rp22.318.115. The R/C ratio of 1,48 (>1) indicates that this business is feasible.
