This study evaluated the effects of flushing feed supplemented with different calcium forms on physiological responses and hematological profiles of maiden and multiparous ewes after mating. Sixteen ewes (8 maiden and 8 multiparous; average body weight 22.45±1.73 kg were assigned to a factorial randomized block design with parity (maiden vs. multiparous) and calcium form (powder vs. emulsion) as main factors. Parameters measured included rectal temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, and hematological indices. A significant interaction (P<0.05) was observed between multiparous ewes and calcium emulsion, resulting in lower heart rates. Multiparous ewes showed more stable rectal temperature and neutrophil values, whereas calcium emulsion reduced respiratory rate, erythrocyte count, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte (N/L) ratio. In conclusion, calcium emulsion type was more effective than powder type in maintaining physiological and hematological parameters, while multiparous ewes after mating showed greater post-mating stability than maiden ewes
